Bolinao + Dasol Pangasinan - Itinerary and Budget

This is a quick get away that is 4-6 hours away from the crowded Metro.

My friends and I thought of having summer in February so we decided to explore Bolinao and Dasol of Pangasinan.

First of all, I want to show the map of Pangasinan. I think it's easier to navigate through the place if we have a visual idea of the map.

Itinerary
My itinerary started in Dau as I live in Pampanga. :)

Tips:

  • There is a direct trip from Manila to Bolinao. In case you missed the trip, you can take the Alaminos bus. From Alaminos, you can ride either a bus or UV Express going to Bolinao.
  • When heading to Dasol (originating from Bolinao), go to Alaminos terminal and catch a Sta Cruz bus. Just ell the conductor that you're heading to Dasol Proper.
  • A group of four is highly recommended as the tricycle which is the main means of transportation in exploring Bolinao and Dasol can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 passengers.
  • If you're coming back from Dasol, you can ask the tricycle driver to have a stop over at Dasol Salt Farm. :)
  • Contact numbers:
    • Bolinao Tour - Kuya Wilmer - 0909-673-1794
    • Dasol Tricycle - Kuya Marvin - 0918-525-7321
  • I highly recommend Tambobong White Beach Resort. They have hospitable and accommodating staffs. Also, they cared for our safety as we were not allowed to sail for island hopping until the waves were calm. Plus, they serve tasty and budget friendly foods.
  • Make an early reservation at your desired resort because the rooms get fully booked quickly since there are just few resorts in Dasol.
