Personal note:
I loved the Park! Aside from its different water attractions that are very modern and that I normally see in Facebook posts from other countries, the Park is well-maintained, very clean, and guest safety is there priority.

Well-maintained - Yes, it's new but the chairs, tables and umbrellas are always fixed and are always checked by service crew.

Very clean - There are number of trash cans inside the Park and service crew are also very keen in keeping the area clean. The pool area is crystal clean with no floating dirt. The restrooms and wash area are smell-free and no shampoo/soap sachets are loiterring around.

Safety is their priority - There are number of lifeguards and service crew around so you'll never worry about safety. We left our things in one of the lounges and enjoyed the Park and guess what, our things were safe and sound (note that the management is not liable for any loss). All kids are required to wear lifejackets. Also, I saw an accident where a guest was dizzy and fell due to vertigo and the doctor was right there to aid her!

Disclaimer: I have visited the Park once and I'm not connected to the management or to the company, in any way. The above info were obtained from the Park and it's social media accounts.
